Account & Data Deletion

Developer: IceXcris
SmokeLess Tracker is a cigarette tracking and habit awareness app. It may allow optional Google Sign-In for account-related features such as cloud backup.

2. How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your SmokeLess account and associated data, please contact us by email:

• Send an email to hello@icexcris.com
• Use the subject line: SmokeLess Account Deletion Request
• Include the Google account email address used to sign in to SmokeLess
• State clearly that you want your SmokeLess account and associated data deleted

3. Data that may be deleted

Depending on the features you used, deletion may include:

• Account identifier connected to Google Sign-In
• Basic account information — email address and display name
• Cloud backup data associated with SmokeLess
• App profile settings connected to your account
• Smoking logs, missed logs, delay events, context tags, achievements, progress data, notification preferences, and backup metadata stored in backup data

4. Local device data

SmokeLess is designed as a local-first app. Some data may be stored only on your device. To delete local data, open the SmokeLess app and use the delete/reset data option, or uninstall the app from your device.

A deletion request does not automatically remove data that exists only on your device and that we do not have access to.

5. Data that may be retained

We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, accounting, or compliance purposes. Backup copies, logs, or technical records may also remain for a limited period before being deleted according to normal system processes.

6. Deletion timeframe

We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days after receiving enough information to identify the account. If we need additional information to verify your request, we may contact you by email.
